Where do I find my Articles of Organization?
Filed copy is in your dashboard within 24 hours of state acceptance, with the state seal.
After your formation is filed and accepted by the state, the stamped, state-sealed copy of your Articles of Organization (or Certificate of Incorporation for corporations) appears in your dashboard under Documents → Formation usually within 24 hours of acceptance.
If you formed in a same-day state (Delaware, Wyoming, Nevada, Florida, Texas), the document is typically available the same business day. Other states take 5-15 business days.
You can download a PDF anytime. Banks and accountants frequently request this document; you can re-download as many copies as you need at no additional charge.
What if the state rejected the filing?
If the secretary of state rejects the filing (most common reason: name conflict), we re-file with a corrected name at no charge. You will see the status as "Filing in progress" until the rejection is resolved.
